Tiramisu Boutique (ROB: 53108145A), was established in Jan 2007 as a partnership company in Singapore.
Our business is registered under Online Business Licensing Scheme and is a fully online retail store operating 24 hours, 7 days a week, offering trendy and fashion accessories and clothings imported from overseas (mainly Korea, Japan & Taiwan) to individuals and business needs.
Tiramisu, origin Italian, from the phrase tira mi su “pick me up”. This matches the primary idea of this blog - to sell our trendy products and to attract the prospective buyers to “pick them up”. Products of Tiramisu Boutique ranges from clothings, accessories, home decoratives, etc. We fly over many countries personally - select and import product directly!
Tiramisu Boutique has always believed that everyone is unique, and each of us prefers to have unique and rare piece of apparels - be different among the rest. As such, we always look for more designs for customers to choose with limited quantity.

11. Bank/Fund Transfer:
Internet/ATM funds transfer is a secure method of transferring fund/payment into any 3rd party account. It is secure funds transfer that only the user with your own “user id” and “password” will be able to transfer fund. Tiramisu Boutique will only supply you with our bank account details after you have selected the specific Bank Transfer option as your payment option during the checkout process. Your banking information and transactions online are safe and secure. Tiramisu Boutique will not have any information about your bank account details after the transaction has been made, only the payee name and the amount transferred. For funds transfer via ATM, only the amount transferred will be shown in our accounts.

Terms and Conditions
1. Product Description and Display
Colours of pictures vary according to different monitors screen calibration. Tiramisu Boutique does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2. Price and Billing Accuracy
All prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars. Tiramisu Boutique ensures accuracy in all billing as all transactions are automatically processed and manually checked for errors.
3. Delivery of Parcels
Both local and overseas, all items will only be sent through local mail provider, Singapore Post. Should you need other mode of delivery, please indicate under comments upon confirmation of orders.
Customers may choose to have their parcels sent through
i) shop unit at Far East Plaza, #07-30B (self-collection)
ii) registered mail or
iii) by normal mail (free of charge for local)
through our local mail provider, SingPost. We apologize that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Tiramisu Boutique will take utmost care to pack all goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and paddings (if required). All items will be checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery.
For registered parcels, the article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg/
Tiramisu Boutique shall not be held responsible for any loss of parcel sent. Therefore, customers are strongly encouraged to select the registered mailing option.
Local Registered Delivery Charge
A flat rate of $2.50 per parcel applies only, regardless of the number of items.
International Registered Delivery Charge
a. Standard Delivery (Air Mail) - 5 to 10 working days after despatch
From SGD $15.00 onwards (Total delivery charges will be confirmed once we receive your order)
b. Express Delivery - 2 to 4 working days after despatch
From SGD $35.00 onwards (Total delivery charges will be confirmed once we receive your order)
For international orders local Customs Duty and/or Sales Tax and other taxes may be payable, please contact the customs office in your destination country for more information.

4. Confirmation of Order
An email acknowledgement will be sent to the customer upon successful submission of the online order within 24hrs.
5. Order Status
Customers may check their order status by emails.
Order Received – Order has been received and will be verified shortly.
Pending payment via InterBank – Awaiting Cusomer’s payment via Bank Transfer.
Pending payment via Paypal –Awaiting Customer’s payment via Paypal.
Order In Process – Payment received, processing order.
Order On Hold – Upon Cusomter’s request.
Order Delivered – Parcel is sent to SingPost.
No Reply From Customer – Order cancelled due to no reply from Customer within 3 working days.
6. Payment Methods
We accept Local Bank (UOB/OCBC/DBS/POSB) Transfers and PayPal payments.
Via Internet/ATM Fund Transfer
Customers will be receiving an email on our bank account details once orders have confirmed.
IMPT: Please kindly inform us by sending us an email after your transfer, stating your Order ID, transaction ID, email, full name, contact number and most importantly, to confirm your address.
Via Credit card payment through Paypal
We accept credit card payments via PayPal. For PayPal payment, we will be notified of your payment from PayPal directly. You need not required to be a registered paypal user. Security measures provided by PayPal is one of the most highly-regarded standard achieved in terms of global usage and one that makes global e-commerce easy to use
7. Cancellation of Orders, Exchange and Refunds
Full amount will be refunded if good(s) is(are) unavailable, or when we fail to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. No cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed once the order is confirmed, submitted or paid by the customer.
Our exchange policy applies only for damaged goods or if Customer has received a different item ordered. Customer must then contact us by email within 3 working days from date of receipt of goods, stating your Order ID, transaction ID, email, full name, contact number and most importantly, to confirm your address.
8. Indemnity
Goods might be made of rodiam, metal, glass, crystal, plastic, ceramic and resin parts. Tiramisu Boutique shall not be held responsible if Customer has an allergic reaction to any of the materials.
9. Service Standard
You can expect to hear from us within 24 hours from when enquiries is sent, unless otherwise adviced. Local customer may choose to take alook on the real product at our shop unit at Far East Plaza, #03-70B.
10. Wholesale Information
Tiramisu Boutique accepts wholesale orders. If you have the interest to put up our items in your boutique, please email us at tiramisuboutique@yahoo.com.sg Please also provide us the following information: Your boutique/company name, brief description of your current business, contacts and items of interest at Tiramisu Boutique.
Note that, delivery period will be different from the normal buyers.
